Future Husband? ummm yes.

I wanted to be able to post at least once a day about something that i was currently really interested in in the fashion industry. But i'm really frustrated right now and unable to remember even one of the hundreds of ideas i'd been dreaming about covering in this blog. So instead, i'm writing about something mindless and primal. In this case it's a delicious part native american minor named Taylor Laughtner, specifically his character in the Twilight sagas, Jacob Black. In the first movie i had a big crush on Jacob despite his awful wig. But he was mildly gorgeous and had amazing white teeth. Yes, i like his teeth..kind of a lot. Anyways, how could i have possibly been prepared for him in the newest film? I nearly had a child when he took his shirt off. Normally i'm not worried about bulging muscles and rock hards abs, but i could not even handle it when he took his shirt off to wipe that blood off of Bella's head. Most of the time i critisize Belle for the dumb things that she always seems to be doing. But hitting her head might have possibly been the nicest thing she has ever done for me. Luckily, for all of us who are embarassingly obsessed with this boy's body, he is shirtless for 87.576% of the movie. Maybe even more. I would have had an accurate percentage if i'd been able to focus on anything but him for more than 30 seconds. Sadly i wasn't able to. But i won't complain :]

My first post!!

I have always wanted a blog. Especially because I love writing down my ideas and posting pictures that I love. There are so many things that I am inspired by and now i have a place to post all my different inspirations! It's wonderfull, honestly :] But i won't just talk about fashion, even though that's what i adore. I also adore other things. Like johnny depp. And movies. And books. And music. Aaaaaand johnny depp.

But first things first. I'm a fashion design student. It's the most amazing, inspring, rewarding thing ever! I get to do what i am in love with every single day and learn and improve and it's such an incredible blessing. I had no idea that coming to fashion school would so drastically heighten my love for what i'm doing. I'm giving it my all and puting my heart into everything i do.

Oh! I COMPLETELY forgot. I should probably explain the meaning for the title of my blog. Sophie & Brigitte are two little muses that I've been using on and off for the past year. I know, it's weird, i have imaginary muses. Sometimes i don't talk about them because it sounds a little odd haha. But i kind of love them and they're great when i'm designing because i know the type of person i'm designing for! Sooooo first is Sophie. She's sweet and innocent and naive. She's everything soft, beautiful and romantic. There is always a little fantasy to whatever she's wearing and she's forever thinking about love and all the beautiful things that life has to offer. She reads in coffee shops and paints in the park. She is lovely and passionate. Everyone always seems to notice her, even though she is barely ever aware it's happening. Now Brigitte [pronounced Bri-geet], on the other hand, is much more scandalous. She's outgoing, edgy, gorgeous, and ambitious. She is the girl forever attracting attention, not only from her personality, but from what she's wearing as well. She is very intellgient and will not be mistaken for anything but. Boys love her and girls try to hate her. But hating her is nearly impossible. She is insanely stylish and original and always true to herself.
Even though the girls may seem like polar opposites, they share the love of life, love, and fashion. Underneath it all, they aren't so very different. And when it comes down to it..they are the best of friends.

Love,

Me
